We are a family owned and operated business. We have been helping our customers meet CARB (California Air Resources Board) testing and diesel emissions testing regulations for over 15 years. 2024 brings CARB’s new  CTC (Clean Truck Check) testing (formerly HD/IM testing) for all fleets of 2 or more units. CES was part of the research and development of this testing. We offer testing and diagnostic for all engine types. We specialize in DPF/DOC/SCR cleaning. We offer mobile tuning on all engine types. Please call for pricing.

Our portable cleaning equipment consists of each manufacturers recommended procedure and or methodology. This is to include Donaldson, Huss, Cleaire, Johnson Matthey, ECS, EWS and OEM. The portable equipment is used to perform services at your location, around your working schedule. We work weekends and after hours!!
